Apple Hill

If you’ll be visiting Lake Tahoe this autumn, we encourage you to take a day trip to the beautiful Apple Hill! This is a wonderful time of year to explore apple orchards, sample fresh apple pies and ciders and celebrate the fall season. Founded in 1964 and now representing over 50 local family farms, Apple Hill offers apple picking, wineries, flower gardens, Christmas tree farms and other fruit and vegetable gardens. On the Apple Hill website, you can find links to a map, harvest schedules, events, apple varieties, COVID-19 safety precautious, an interactive app and more!

Happy travels!
